PE Foam
Ultralon® PE closed cell chemically cross-linked foams are manufactured from polyethylene (PE). It’s fine cell structure gives minimal water absorption, a high buoyancy rating and excellent chemical resistance.
Common uses include:
- Packaging for heavy goods, electronic products, tools and machinery
- Construction
- Flotation devices such as pool noodles and rescue floats
- Floor underlay
- Shock absorbers to protect from impact
