U-PERFORM Performance Foams is a brand of Ultralon® Foam International Ltd.
Ultralon® and Nexus Performance Foams were both long-standing subsidiaries of Skellerup Holdings. On 1 July 2023, the two businesses amalgamated to form Ultralon Foam International Ltd, bringing together decades of foam manufacturing expertise under a single company. Today, Ultralon Foam International operates from a purpose-built facility in Favona, Auckland, with an additional office and warehouse in Christchurch.
Since the early 1990s, Nexus had built a strong reputation as a manufacturer and converter of flexible foams, producing both large-format materials and precision-cut components while working closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions.
Combined with Ultralon’s expertise in formulating closed-cell foam products since the mid-20th century, this heritage is now carried forward by a knowledgeable and experienced team that manages the entire manufacturing process from formulation and production through to delivery, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
We’ve adopted ‘Just in Time’ inventory management. We are also ISO certified in ISO9001 (Quality), ISO45001 (H&S), and ISO14001 (Environmental) and run a lean manufacturing process that ensures we are not only efficient, but also cost-effective.
